Scenic Beauty of India -Amazing Arunachal

  • State of Arunachal is situated at most eastern part of serene Himalayas and that is why Arunachal is commonly reffered to as "Land of dawn lit mountains"
  • It's natual mesmerizing and breathtaking beauty makes it "Orchid State of India"
  • It is one of the seven states in North -East part of India, and these seven states are commonly known as "Seven Sister States"
  • Historically this region dates back to period of Mahabharat and Lord Krishna believed to have married Rukmini, who was princess of King of the region.
  • It is believed that history dates back to even older times and Lord Parashuram mediated in this region.
  • Evidences of recorded history are found since 500 BC.
  • State of Arunachal enjoys awesome scenic beauty and enjoys having one of the most famous monastries of  Bodh  religion.
  • Heaven for natural scenic beauty lovers as commercialization has not taken pace in comparison to other tourist destinations
  • Major area of attractions are Tawang , Bomdila, Mechuka, Roing and Dibang districts.

Tawang Monsatery

  • Founded in 1681 ,Tawang Monsatery  is the biggest Monastery in India.
  • Tawang Monastery is the second biggest Monastery in the World.
  • Arunachal enjoys it's cultural proximity with Tibbat and that's the main reason it has famous Boudh Monasteries.
  • Driving around Tawang  is an adventure of only one of it's kind in the world due it's mesmerizing scenic beauty.

Sela Pass-

  • Located at height og 4170 m . It is a mountain pass that connects city of Tawang to rest of India.
  • Sela pass and region near to it is considered pious by Boudh's as they believe around 101 holy lakes exists near by.
  • Situated at high altitude, this place is covered with snow almost all the time.

Nuranang/ Jang Falls-

  • Nuranang fall is one of the most gigantic waterfall in North East region of India.
  • It is located near Jang district and there fore also know as Jang fall.
  • Height of water fall is approximately 100 M.

Bomdila-

  • Bomdila is another place of Arunachal which is known for awesome natural beauty.
  • Driving to Bomdila is an adventure of only one of it's kind in the world due it's high altitude.

Mechuka-

  • Literal meaning of Mechuka in local language is mediclinical water of snow.
  • Due to it's high altitude and surroundings of Pine trees, Mechuka district offers abundance of scenic beauty and becoming favourite tourist spot.
